En este momento, miércoles día 13 de diciembre, todavía no tenemos el Horno Smeg SFR9300X.
La empresa de transporte que ustedes escogieron, se equivocó con la entrega i dejo nuestro Horno en AFINOR, una empresa en Navarra a 600 Km de la nuestra.
Estamos, nosotros (Medina Vilalta & Partners) hablando con Dascher para ver cómo se soluciona el tema. Esto lo deberían estar haciendo ustedes des de Kasastore.

NO PODEMOS OPINRA SOBRE EL HORNO, porque no lo tenemos y no sabemos cuando lo tendremos. Y si no lo tenemos instalado esta semana perderemos un cliente.

ACTUALIZACIÓN: Finalmente el problema se resolvió y el horno llegó correctamente. A pesar del contratiempo inicial, agradecemos que se haya solucionado. Ahora ya podemos utilizar el producto.
