Right of Cancellation

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, the EU consumer (private person only) has the right to cancel the order within 14 days from the day following delivery.

The consumer must cancel in writing at the following e-mail address: customer-service@kasastore.com.

The consumer may examine the goods as they would do when purchasing in a shop.
A deduction may be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of handling the goods more than was necessary. The consumer has a statutory duty to take care of the goods.

Damage or distress caused or allowed by the consumer to the product may void the right to return the product.

Cancelled orders where the goods are returned damaged, used, worn, scratched, modified or missing any of the supplied equipment will not be refunded.
The damaged products will be available for collection by the customer, which must take place within 7 days. After this deadline, they will be scrapped.

The consumer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

The returns address is indicated in the transport document/invoice.

The goods must be returned within 14 days from the cancellation in writing.

If you cancel this contract, you will be refunded all payments you have made to us, including standard delivery costs (the cheapest available), without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day when we are informed of your decision to terminate this contract.
These refunds will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
The refund may be suspended until receipt of the goods.

This right of cancellation is granted in compliance with the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights.
